Hi friends!! My name is Astrid and it's so lovely to meet you! I was rescued with my sister Corrine from a hoarding/neglect case in rural Georgia. We were both so afraid, not having any positive human interaction in our life, but boy have things changed! I weigh around 20 lbs and my foster family says I am a friendly, affectionate girl with a lot of love to give! I get along great with other dogs and kids too! My foster fur brother is one of those stuck up froo-froo dogs who thinks he is too good to play with me, but slowly I am teaching him what it's like to be a dog- he cant resist me when I bounce around all cute and stuff.
I love to play, but am a pretty laid back girl, and really just like to be around my people. I went so long without any human interaction, now I can't get enough! I am a super good girl, going potty outside only and being quiet in my crate when nobody is home. The foster parents like to walk me around on this long, string-like thing, which I am still trying to figure out.
Although I am 100% in the looks and love department, I am not all there in the brain- what can I say, a girl can't have it all! The foster parents say it just adds to my quirky charm and keeps them laughing, and I don't seem to mind one bit. Sometimes I can be a little delayed in responding to verbal cues and commands- but I don't ever go far and I aim to please, so I get it eventually. I am like a pretty blonde, tons of personality and looks, not so much brains...
Anywhoooo I am looking for my forever family, apply to meet me today! You won't be disappointed!
