Meet Cholula. This gorgeous 1-2 year old, 30 pound girl had a tough start to life with a backyard breeder (happily too young for pups when we rescued her). At her age, she still has a lot of puppy energy, curiosity and penchant for getting into things. She adores hiking, swimming, walks and loves other dogs. In fact she must go to a home with a doggie buddy that has similar enthusiasm for hours of play and other activity. People are her weak spot and it will take someone with patience to let her trust them on her terms. A key to building that trust will be the other dog and a secure, fully fenced-in backyard. Cholula has proven in her foster home that she can learn to trust, be loved, show love and have a very happy life given time, space and fun!
