Have you heard the good news? Emmy has passed her play and medical trials meaning she's ready for a home of her own. This adorable 12 month old pitty came to Releash when a local shelter was running out if room fast. Sadly in her short time with us we have learned her young terrier spirit is to much for small dogs and chickens. However, you find her a pup more her size, a whopping 40 pounds, who loves to play and this pup will thrive. She has had a few medical hurdles but she's jumped them all. She is heartworm negative, tested negative for all the southeastern tick born diseases, and is intestinal parasite free. Unfortunately we do not have a foster home with no small dogs so Emmy is currently at our partner vet and enjoying playing in daycare. She's ready to accept applications for her new hiking/travel partner. She has mentioned she is the ideal travel companion.
