Delilah

 

Delilah was part of the hoarding dogs you keep hearing Releash talk about. I won’t go into the details you’re probably familiar with them by now.

 

My foster momma tells me she can see my sweet soul through my eyes. Sometimes I catch her just looking right into them smiling and looking...they tell a story for sure. They are the kindest eyes you’ll ever see. I'm very gentle and sweet but I’m also very timid and shy. It took me some time to like the other dogs here at my foster home. They got dogs of all sizes, just like at my old place. At first I barked at them and stayed to myself but now they are my friends!

 

Did you notice my unique ears?! I love getting ear rubs A LOT! I will thank you with the sweetest licks. I’m looking for a home with daily ears rubs. I need someone patient and kind, who will give me lots of space to warm up to you. I’ll let you know I’m happy by wagging my tail but that will have to be enough at least for a little while. I’d like someone who’s home most of the time. I don’t like it when my humans are gone. When I see they are back I whine and bark to let them know I’m happy to see them but no touchy please. I don’t want you to think you can’t rub my belly and give TLC just sometimes I say no by getting up and finding another place to lay. Please don’t be offended.

 

Loud noises can scare me so smaller children might not be for me. I enjoy treats, toys and playing with my doggie friends. I also love just lounging on the couch. I’m completely potty trained and sleep through the night. I like my own bed but I do like to sleep in the same room with my peoples. If you want to be my peoples please apply for me today.
