Jett (Bonded with Honey)

Honey (Ginger Female) and Jett (Black Tri Male) are purebred Australian Shepherds that ended up in a local shelter after their owner recently went into Hospice care and had to surrender them. Spending the first 3 years of their lives together, Releash immediately scooped them up after finding a foster home that would make sure that these siblings could spend the rest of their lives TOGETHER! These sweet dogs definitely have a strong bond with each other, along with endless love & loyalty to offer their new owner.

 

While we do not have much history on the first 3 years of their lives, Honey (the sweet, yet spicy dominant female) and Jett (the tender soul) have adjusted very well in their foster home and are very attached to their foster mom. They are both full of energy, yet love to sit by your side and chill, crave attention, are house trained, walk nicely on leashes (though we are working on NOT barking at the other humans we pass), eager to play fetch, and just want to be with “their people” at all times. They are good with other dogs, but would prefer to be the only 2 dogs in their forever home.

 

They love their human foster siblings, but can get kind of rowdy, so young children would not be a great fit. They are looking for experienced, active owners that will keep this pair physically and mentally stimulated, along with a fenced in yard (preferred).
