Hi! I’m Matilda! You might remember me from the big owner surrender group that Releash took on. Don’t I look so much better?

I’ve been fully vetted and had those nasty heartworms treated. Foster mom says I still have to stay calm for a few more weeks because of the treatment, but that I’m ready to start the search for my forever family! 

I’ve done really well adjusting to life in a home. Foster mom lets me stay out while she’s gone and I use pee pads. I’m still working on pottying outside, and prefer going on pine straw instead of grass. I would love a yard that is fenced in, I’m still learning about leashes. I’ve done well with respectful children and I even sleep in the bed with my foster family at night. My fur is still coming back in but as soon as it does, I'll need regular groomings.

My foster home has other dogs and kitties and I do well with them, too!
