Dash
Dash is a 2 year old poodle mix - we suspect golden doodle- that is looking for his forever home. His previous owner was moving and was sadly unable to take him, but we promised her we’d find him the very best family! And that’s what we’re here to do!
Dash can be shy at first but warms up quick with a few treats and is your best friend in no time! He loves showing off his zoomies, chasing toys, and playing with other doggy friends. He’s even been known to chase his own tail.
He’s met cats and is not aggressive but definitely wants to play and will chase them if they run. So, while he means well, it may not be much fun for the cat unless they are super confident around dogs and won’t run and hide. Dash is crate trained and weighs around 42lbs, although he could stand to gain a few. Putting his healthy weight up closer to 50lbs.
Dash has met a dog savvy elementary aged kid and did well. He enjoyed taking treats from his hand and would probably love a calm or mature kid in his forever home. He has also completed a basic training course and will come with a free lesson with his adopter.
