Taylor was rescued from a rural shelter in Georgia after being surrendered with many semi-feral dogs. Although she was extremely timid and under socialized, she's made great strides and has really begun to blossom! Despite being a little shy, she quickly becomes everyone's best friend! She gets along great with the dogs in her foster home, does well with cats, and even allows the little two legged people to dress her up and paint her nails. This little girl will snuggle on the couch with you for hours on end. Her favorite pastimes include playing chase around the couch, chasing her tail in quick circles, and chewing on her favorite jerky treat. Taylor is doing great on her house training and leash training. She does great at letting her foster mom know when she needs to go outside and is almost fully crate trained. Due to her past, she is a runner, so she will need to be on a leash under supervision or fenced in yard at all times when outside. Her foster mom reports she is EXTREMELY sweet and is a pure delight. She would prefer a family who loves cuddling as she is definitely a lap dog, as well as someone willing to be patient with her. She is a total princess! How could you resist that face?? We just know this baby girl is going to be a wonderful companion.
