Precious Rosie has been RELEASHED to Carolyn!!! Rosie joined us as an owner surrender due to dementia owners inability to care for her. She was sweet as could be from the first moment and loves everyone. She now lives in Fayetteville with her chi-mix brother and will travel frequently to their condo in New Smyrna Beach.
