How cute is this little dumpling?? Latke is a big-eyed nuzzly lab mix but is running on the smaller side for a lab... maybe 40-ish pounds full grown? Based on his appetite and food motivation, his foster mom swears he has beagle in him. 🤣 He will sit for treats and before meals and is *extremely* food motivated; he was picked up as a stray by animal control while just a seven week old baby so we suspect he has known hunger. 😕 Gets along very well with dogs of all ages but is also content to play by himself; is comfortable in a harness but has not yet had a ton of experience walking on a leash. Loves balls, anything that moves, and did we mention food and treats? Also be prepared for puppy breath! A sweet quirk of his personality is that if he yawns while you are holding him, he turns his head *towards* you... so that as he finishes his yawn he basically attempts to swallow your face. 🤣 Latke has been neutered, microchipped, brought up on vaccinations and is ready for his forever home! He is learning to potty outside but is definitely at the start of that learning process and will need training and patience! Two-month-old puppies can generally only wait about 3 hours before they need a potty break so their foster will be looking for a household where someone is home most of the time. Puppies will generally go a longer stretch at night but adopters should expect to be up at least once a night for potty needs.  He is great with older kids but puppies explore the world with their mouths so he would not be a good match for toddler fingers!
