Percy has been Releashed! Sweet Percy ended up at a high-volume shelter in urgent need of vet care. Luckily Releash Atlanta stepped up to help. Percy was a sweet, playful, happy pup in his foster home. Once Percy was completely healthy he got lucky a second time when he found his fantastic forever family!
