Requirement: fenced yard

 

My name is Missy and I am 10 pounds and believed to be between 4 and 7 years old. I found my way to Releash Atlanta after my previous owners moved out of our home and left me and 6 of my friends behind. I was SO scared that the nice lady from the shelter took me to her home - and here I am!

 

Currently, I live with several other dogs and get along well with them but my favorite is Lily, who is about my size - I like to snuggle with her and ride shot-gun in our booster seat made just for dogs!

 

As long as I am on a schedule, I do fine with house training. I can go in a crate but I will alert you to my displeasure - just as I will let you know if anyone or anything is near our house (foster mom says I am a better watch-dog than all the other dogs in the house, combined)!

 

Because I really don’t care to walk on a leash, a fenced yard is required. Oh, and I was reminded to tell you that I just LOVE to sleep under the covers with my person - I will wait for you to lift the blankets up and off I go - I’ll sleep as long as you let me!

 

While I haven’t been around cats, everyone thinks I will be fine with them and children should be old enough to appreciate my size - I love to be carried around, but not dropped.

 

My foster Mom says I am a love-bug, and whomever adds me to their family will be lucky!
