Hi! My name is Gemma, and I am on the search for my forever family. Let me tell you a bit about myself…

 

I am a 7 month old standard poodle and currently weigh 28 pounds. I can be a little shy when I first meet new people but warm up pretty quickly and then I am forever stuck to your side. My fur is super soft and will require frequent grooming to keep it healthy and clean. I don’t mind other gentle dogs but the super rowdy ones scare me a little.

 

I’m learning how to walk on a leash and my house training is coming along nicely. I will need someone who can let me out frequently throughout the day to keep up my good potty habits. I do love to stand on my hind legs and put my front paws on things (people, counters, furniture, other dogs) so I hear the word ‘down’ quite often and need practice keeping all 4 paws on the ground.

 

Now, let me grab your full attention for this part…ready? I am snuggly. I am soft. I am super duper cute, AND I am very much a puppy with all the puppy antics. I need training, patience, and lots and lots of time and love. In return I will give you a lifetime of love and happiness.
