Cora

Do you live an active lifestyle and love to cuddle? Cora, our one year old standard poodle, may be the pup for you!

 

Cora is good with cats, dogs, and children. She is one sweet girl! However, due to her energy level and her tendency to jump and play, we think she would do best in a home with older children, younger playful dogs, or a home with no children or no other dogs.

 

In her foster home, she enjoys playing with a 2- and 3-year-old poodle mix, and she absolutely loves running around in the yard. She also enjoys toys! However, her absolute favorite thing is getting attention from people.

 

She has good recall and knows several tricks, but is still working on potty training (no accidents in the last week:)). She has also been known to sneak some food from the counter if you’re not watching. Given her previous condition this may have been a way for her to get enough food in the past. With more training and consistency we know she’ll be the best girl!
