Birch is a happy go lucky boy who is quick to learn commands. He LOVES going on walks or runs with his foster mom and is making huge strides with his leash skills.  Birch is a typical young lab and can get very excited when he sees his humans..but he is working on being more patient. He is just SO happy to see his fosters...he can't contain his excitement. He even does a happy dance when it is time for him to eat.  This joyful boy would love to find his forever home!  We guarantee he will wiggle his way into your heart.
