Twinkles, now Brie, has been RELEASHED by the Whittle family!! She certainly brought a “twinkle” to this girl's eyes! Carmen has been working with a trainer for the past year to prepare herself for dog ownership! Her parents are assisting, of course, but this girl is well-prepared and is ready to give this little girl lots of love! Thank you Carmen, Gabriel, and Lisa for adopting and not shopping!
