Scruff Alert!! Meet Rupert - a four-year-old, ten-pound wonder dog! He is a serious fan of belly rubs, a peanut butter enthusiast, and a true believer in the power of napping.  He loves walks and he loves the ladies.  Rupert greets his foster mom at the door when she gets home (probably hoping for a walk) and prefers to do his lounging not too far from her! He seems a little slow to warm to men, but with time he is okay. He is housetrained, rides well in the car, and is great on a leash.
