Meet Felix, a 5 year old 8 pound male toy poodle. He is sweet and playful and appears to be housebroken. He has a slight head tilt which has been evaluated by excellent veterinarians and found to not be a medical concern. It is endearing to his foster mommy. He is playful and sweet. He is not afraid of dogs much bigger than him and will engage them in play. He will stay in the crate quietly unless he knows you are around. Once he sees you he wants to be near you.
